So I can't say whether this issue could have been resolved by just closing and reopening qBittorent, closing and reopening qBittorent + opening a new VPN connection, disabling the network adapters, clearing Windows TCP/IP cache, or some other combination involving these or other steps in differential orders within Windows. All you need is to Install the APP, turn on the camera, Add the camera and scan the QR code in front of the camera and its up and running.
